Conditions for renting our mini-villas at the Residence:
- Rates include key handover for a mini-villa, cleaning, inventory and condition report, in perfect working order, utilities (water and electricity), cable TV, free Wi-Fi, pillowcases, bedspreads and blankets, and a cleaning kit.
- A 30% deposit is required for all reservations, payable to RESIDENCE BELLA VISTA, and the balance is due upon arrival. Accepted payment methods: VISA, CB, Mastercard, PayPal, French checks, and cash. A reservation is only confirmed upon payment of a 30% deposit of the total cost of your stay.
- Departure cleaning fee payable on site: €59 for a one-bedroom apartment, €69 for a two-bedroom standard apartment, and €79 for a two-bedroom Prestige apartment.
- Tourist tax of €1.50 per person per day payable on site; children under 10 are exempt.
- Pets are accepted only upon prior request. A daily supplement will be charged upon arrival. Please note that we only accept one pet per villa.
Not included: bed linen, bath towels, and table linen (except in villas). No extra beds are available.
Conditions specific to private villas:
NB: Due to the size of some of our villas and the work required to prepare them (cleaning, exterior preparations, in place swimming pool, ...) we can only rent for a minimum of 4 nights the private villas in low season.
- Short stays* admitted out of season from April to June and from September to November . Feel free to Make a request< /a>.
Generally in July and August rentals are from Friday to Friday for the Monte e Mare villa and from Saturday to Saturday for all the others.< /p>
Entry to the accommodation is from 5 p.m. and exit at 10 a.m. maximum. We will welcome you until 7:00 p.m. in the off season and 8:00 p.m. in the summer season. In case of late arrival after 8:00 p.m. until midnight, an additional fee may be charged upon arrival.
- Rates include delivery of the keys to the villa, cleaning, inventory and inventory made, in perfect working order, charges (water and electricity), cable television, free and unlimited WiFi.
Household linen is included in our villa prices, excluding beach towels. Beach towel rental possible for €8/towel/stay.
- A 30% deposit will be taken for all reservations payable to RESIDENCE BELLA VISTA and the balance will be paid on arrival of the client on site. Payments accepted: VISA, CB, Master card, PAYPAL, French checks and cash. A reservation is only confirmed after payment of a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay.
- Departure cleaning fee to be paid on site: Flat rate of €260 for villa AZURA, flat rate of €290 for villa CASA BAGGIA, RIVIERA, Monte e Mare and SANTA GIULIA and flat rate of €490 for villa Blu di Mare.
- Tourist tax to be paid on site of €1.50 per day and per person, children are exempt.
- Pets are not accepted in our private villas.
Supplementary services:
Single Bedding Package: Linen rental package: €14 per person per stay (no change).
Complete Linen Package: Rental package including sheets, bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen towels: €24 per person per stay (no change).
Beach Towel Package: €10 per person per week. Included in the residence's "Complete Linen" package.
Baby Package: Baby cot rental package: €35 per week.
High Chair Rental: €8 per week.
Babysitting service available upon prior reservation: Hourly rate during the day: €15; hourly rate at night (from 8 PM): €18.
Short stays* :
In the off season, from April to June and from the end of August to November, the villas can be rented for a minimum of consecutive nights with arrival and departure on weekdays and the mini-villas of the residence for 3 nights minimum.
Due to a specific date request, our availability does not always appear on our online booking engine, make a special request via our contact form and we will get back to you quickly.
Security deposit:
For any rental, a valid credit card will be requested on arrival as a guarantee for extras or any damage caused to the accommodation in the form of a credit card deposit in pre-authorization without debit or only by bank check. We also remind you that the balance of the rental is due upon your arrival.
The security deposit is €600 for the F2, F3 Standing, F3 Prestige types and €1,600 for the Casa Baggia, Riviera and AZURA, and Monte e mare villas. Finally 2000€ for the Blu di Mare and Santa Giulia villas.
