Type F2 Standing
These are 40 m² mini-villas that can accommodate 2 to 4 people, located between 350 and 900 meters from the beach, completely renovated, equipped and furnished in a contemporary way, air-conditioned, WiFi included, with a beautiful terrace opening onto the sea and equipped with a built-in BBQ for successful summer evenings. Our F2s can be of 2 types: either entirely on one level with a panoramic view of the sea, or duplex that is to say with the master bedroom on the floor opening onto balcony with panoramic sea view.
F2 Standing on one level
Our luxury one-storey F2s are located on the height and in the middle of the residence and all enjoy a panoramic view of the splendid bay of Santa Giulia and its turquoise waters. They are composed of a living room with open kitchen, WC, bathroom with walk-in shower or bathtub and a bedroom.
F2 Standing duplex
Our F2 Standing duplexes are located on the lower part of the residence. They have a smaller view of the sea because they are closer to the beach and there is less slope but are closest to the beach, between 450 and 350 m from the beach. They are composed on the ground floor of a living room with American kitchen, a WC and a bathroom. Upstairs, a bedroom with terrace and panoramic sea view.
COMMON DESCRIPTIONS
Our F2 satnding villas are all composed of a bedroom, 1 bathroom, American kitchen area, living room, 1 separate WC, washing machine, free parking, LCD/TNT television, free WiFi.
Outside, full-length terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and BBQ.
The living room includes:
- An American kitchen equipped with electric plates; coffee maker, microwave, toaster, citrus press, etc...,
- A fridge and a washing machine,
- Furnished either with a convertible sofa with a 140x190 bed (2 people), or with 2 beds of 90,
- A dining table and its 4 chairs,
- A cable flat screen television receiving all TNT channels,
- Air conditioning,
The second room houses an equipped bedroom:
• a double bed in 140 or 160,
• a fitted cupboard with storage and a safe,
• two bedside tables as well as the adjoining lamps.
The WC is separate as well as the bathroom.
