These are mini villas entirely on one level, or which can have a bedroom on the first floor, of 60 m² which can accommodate from 4 to 6 people, with sea view, 3-room type (2 bedrooms), fully equipped. modernly equipped and furnished, air-conditioned, WiFi included, with a beautiful terrace opening onto the sea and equipped with a built-in BBQ for successful summer evenings. Our F3 standing are all located between 400 m and 900 m from the beach.
COMMON DESCRIPTIONS
Our F3 Standing are all composed of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, an American kitchen area, a living room, a separate WC, a washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, free parking, LCD/TNT TV, free WiFi.
The living room includes:
- An American kitchen equipped with electric hotplates; coffee maker, microwave, toaster, citrus press, etc...
- A fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher;
- Furnished with a convertible sofa with a bed of 140x190 (2 people);
- A dining table and its 6 chairs;
- A cable TV with flat screen receiving all TNT channels;
- Air conditioning;
The other two rooms each have a bedroom equipped with:
• a double bed of 140 or 160 for the first and two beds in 90 or another bed in 140 for the second;
• a fitted cupboard with storage and a safe;
• two bedside tables as well as the adjoining lamps.
- The WC is separate as well as the bathroom.
Outside, terrace with sea view, deckchairs and garden furniture and a BBQ.
