Mini villa entirely on one level of 60 m² which can accommodate from 4 to 6 people. It is located about 750 meters from the seaside accessible by following a secure and paved pedestrian path. It has private parking.
Due to its location, the villa enjoys an exceptional 180° panoramic view of the sea and the bay of Santa Giulia.
It is located in a landscaped environment suitable for pedestrians which ensures calm and safety for children.
The Matisse mini villa has been furnished and equipped in a modern and refined way so that you feel at home and that nothing is missing.
She has a high-speed wifi internet access of her own and dedicated to her and has privileged access to a communal swimming pool.
COMMON DESCRIPTIONS
It has the particularity that each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom.
The living room includes:
- An American kitchen equipped with an induction hob, convection oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, citrus press, etc...
- A free WI-FI network;
- A fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher;
- Furnished with a convertible sofa bed with a bed of 140x190 (2 people);

- The toilet is separate in the hallway.
Outside, an "L"-shaped terrace facing the sea furnished with an outdoor table and chairs, a shower area equipped with a solar-powered freshwater shower and, to the side, a solarium with deckchairs and parasol, all in the middle of flowered and landscaped areas.
